I’ve been a registered dietitian for 18 years and in the weight loss industry since 2003. Jokingly nicknamed as the “renegade dietitian”, I have successfully helped to educate my clients on the true nutritional information they need to reach their wellness goals. It’s not only about eating healthy…it’s about feeling well so you can live well.
Fitness has always played a large role in my life. Growing up as a gymnast, I knew that strength and endurance were key components in having the energy to perform. Over the last two years I’ve helped coach a wide variety of people, from those who needed to lose a large amount of weight to those who needed to lose 10 pounds. I’ve worked with clients who want to get lean and those who just really want to feel better physically. Fitness isn’t just about reaching an outward goal for me…it’s my passion.
