In this program you will get everything you see in the LEAN Monthly Membership, new monthly workouts and meal plans, access to weekly office hours and live calls, and the new topics and guest speakers each month.

You get to pick the coach you work with based on your needs
Each month you will receive two 1-1 phone calls with your coach, 1st call in week one to access your personal needs and challenges and set goals for the month and then another call in week 3 to access progress and make changes as needed.
This will provide individual coaching directly related to your needs and goals each month.
Enhanced daily accountability! Coaches will be reaching out via email when you are not participating or following through with the goals you set at the beginning of the month to help you stay focused and on track.
