My background as a Registered Dietitian allows me to give you the most up to date and accurate nutritional information! During the 7 week session you will learn invaluable nutrition strategies that will help you understand how your body works. We will re train our bodies to be fat burners instead of fat storers. With intentional exercise, macro management, and intermittent fasting, we will build lean and strong bodies.
