Overall, I lost 17.4 pounds and 9.5 inches. I’m still a work in progress but I haven’t been this happy with my health in several years. Thank you, Amanda, for the jumpstart and guidance! And a special thank you to my wife for the meal prep, holding me accountable and unwavering support!

Last year I realized I was heavier than I had ever been. I was busy chasing 3 kids and running a business and eating terrible food. That’s when I decided things had to change. In the past 6 months, I’ve lost 35 lbs and am down 4 pant sizes. I actually wore a bikini last week at the water park….1st time in over 5 yrs. I did a lot of it on my own but then hit a plateau and started working with Amanda Nighbert. I’m now about 5-10 lbs away from my goal weight and just have to tone up and maintain. This is my new lifestyle!!!

WEEK THREE!! Of just learning how to eat! I’m not even using any supplements anymore! I am freaking amazed!

My biggest NSV was incorporating more veggies in my life and drastically cutting down on my sugar intake! Excited to share my results: weight loss: 18.2 lbs and I lost 13.75” total and 4.75” from around my waist! Thank you so much!

  • The information on all the nutrition is my favorite. I knew fasting and tracking was all good for you but with the information Amanda provides, you know the why, the why and how bulletproof coffee works, why 16+ hours of fasting is the best. I think with social media we can get wrapped up in so many different ‘fads’, myself included, that not knowing the ‘why’ can be really damaging. That is why so many of us get wrapped up in this cycle of losing, then gaining it all back. It is a cycle I have been on for the last 11 years. I am so grateful to Amanda and can say with utmost confidence this is my new way of life.

  • Amanda has completely changed my outlook on not only nutrition and exercise but my life as a whole. I was at a point in my life where I was losing control, I turned 30. I’m the only single person in my family and friend group. That stings sometimes, makes things harder sometimes. I felt like my body was the only thing I had any control over. I was working out hard 5-6 days a week but eating like crap. I became so frustrated that my body wasn’t changing that I started to not eat as much which had the opposite effect. Then I was dealing with people telling me that I was “too skinny” I was lost. I didn’t know how to go about achieving a strong body. I had been following Amanda on Instagram for a while. I finally convinced myself to work with her and now I feel great, have learned so much and can finally see the changes I’ve been looking for in my body.   • Biggest WIN from working with Amanda= My husband! I have felt so BAD for so many years yet I never really understood anything enough to change my habits. Well, Wednesday my hubby randomly said to me as his eyes got watery… “It truly brings tears to my eyes how you are taking control of your life. I can tell that you feel better. You don’t look worn out anymore like you used to. You have energy with the kids. You are full of life again and I’m really, really sorry I didn’t understand sooner how bad you felt.   • I have felt better working with Amanda than I have in years! I never thought I would get back into my “pre-pregnancy” clothes, but I am! I wore a pair of pants this week that I haven’t worn in over 4 years! I have really been back and forth about sharing this pic on the left. That girl tried hard on the outside, but was miserable on the inside as far as confidence goes. 30+ lbs lighter and still working toward my goal, i have a drive and have found my motivation and have thanked God along the way. I did not post this to brag, but to hope inspire someone else that has these ups and downs like i do. I want to say thank you Amanda Woolwine Nighbert for helping me to find a sustainable way to reach my goals!

It has taken a lot for me to post these pictures but after seeing other women I know to do it I’m going to own up to it and show you how amazing this program is… Last June I was 7 months post-partum I could not lose my baby weight and I was so frustrated. It was summer and I didn’t want to put a bathing suit on, I didn’t want to take pictures and I was embarrassed at where I had gotten. First I tried cutting portions and eating what I thought was healthy. I lost a few lbs but nothing close to where I wanted to be. I then found Amanda Nighbert and almost immediately started seeing results. I was eating healthy, fasting daily, and working out again for the 1st time in I don’t know how many years. I’ve been off the program and continuing to live this healthy lifestyle and maintaining. I exercise multiple times and week and continuing to get stronger. I’m down 40 lbs!!!! If I can do it while running a business, 3 kids, and kids activities you can do it too. Just give it a try. Make the decision now to be healthier for you and your family!!

The number of the day is 14! In the last 7 weeks, I lost 14 pounds and 14 inches. (2 inches from my butt, 3.5 inches from my waist, 2.5 from my hips) no wonder my clothes fit better!!! I can’t wait to start round 2 of the program.
