“I lost 12 pounds a few years ago- I did not track- just tried to eat a fat, fiber, green and protein at each meal. The weight was creeping back up- now I call it my red number!!! I joined this 7 weeks and am back down 4 pounds where I feel great. I’ve lost the tummy bloat and understand I was not eating nearby enough protein and the electrolytes are a game changer. “I’m super happy with my progress. Down 12.5 lbs and 11.3 inches. I feel good and I think I look better than I have in 20 years!!  Last week was a vacation week… Seven days in Aruba, it’s hard to do things right in a hotel room so I gave myself a pass.  I had an amazing time! I tried to eat well and tried to stay light on the drinks. I have to say that the Mai Tai’s were a killer!  But I’m back today doing a 24 hour fast to get started and into eating healthy again.  My biggest take away from this whole experience is not having an all or none  mindset. I had a week of fun, let myself loose and now I’m ready to go back to the healthy way of eating. Before I would just continue right on as I did on vacation but not this time. “LEAN has been one of the most rewarding investments I could have ever done for myself! I was diagnosed with Hashimotos at the end of January. I was overweight, thin hair, no menstrual cycle and had no idea where to start. I had followed Amanda for a long time and decided I was going to give LEAN a go. I knew for a long time I had a bad relationship with food and my emotions around food were always fearful – is this good/bad, will it make me bloat, etc. I was also the typical all of nothing mindset when it came to eating and working out. LEAN allowed me to detach from my old way of thinking about food, body image, the scale and nutrition. I went from eating less than 900 calories a day (learned this from tracking my typical day in prep week) to eating 1500 calories a day. I am amazed at my results!! Even though my numbers aren’t astounding or a quick transformation they are a sign that I have begun to repair my relationship with food and have confidence to keep doing this in the future. I have also been able to avoid needing any prescription medications and my Hashimotos is considered managed by lifestyle. As a bonus my husband is in the 3/15 LEAN groups, so we’ve been able to partner in our journey to better health! Below are some of the NSVs I also found from the program. Even if I didn’t have a scale, I could tell by the fit of my clothes (baggy) and the new muscle definition that the program was working! Since starting your program almost 7 weeks ago, I have lost 13 pounds and 10 inches!!!! I could not be happier – especially because aside from those awesome numbers, I feel amazing. I am sleeping better, I have more energy during the day, my complexion is as clear as it has ever been, and meal prepping on the weekends has made my weekday after-work routine stress-free! Amanda!! You are a wizard!! I had been doing burn boot camp faithfully for a year before starting LEAN. I would go 4 days a week and I was eating paleo 80% of the time. I was STILL stuck and not losing much weight (I lost about 10 pounds in a year, but my body fat percentage stayed the same). I dabbled in carb cycling with the transform app, but was so confused and wasn’t seeing many results. I am SO thankful that my friend told me about your LEAN program!!!!!! You have changed my life!! Your program is so easy to understand and follow and it has truly become my new lifestyle! it completely changed my view of macros (I finally understand them 🤣) and food! I wanted to reach out and sincerely thank you!! Steve and I did our weight and measurements before we left for Vegas to celebrate his 40th birthday. We each lost 15 pounds! Steve lost over 10 inches and I am down 7 inches!


But what I really want to thank you for is changing my relationship with food. I’ve done fad diets in the past and got down to this weight but I knew at the end it wasn’t a real lifestyle change and I couldn’t sustain it. We’ve reached the end of 7 weeks and I can’t wait to keep going. To me this isn’t an end but just the beginning of a transformation journey. Your education, support and daily encouragement has been paramount in my success. Food has become a fuel for me rather than a comfort or crutch. I feel so much better overall. I sleep better, my stress level has significantly decreased and my energy levels have improved. Overall I just feel happier in life and all of that happened when I started the LEAN program!

“A friend recommended the program to me, and I thought I would try it to jumpstart some post-partum weight loss (never mind my baby is almost 3 yrs old).  The program motivated me to start strength training (which I had been procrastinating about). I figured, it couldn’t hurt. This program was eye opening for me. I didn’t realize how poorly I was doing at eating the proper foods. The amount of coffee I drank, and how I dressed it up, was a big contributor of hidden calories. The fasting was and still is very empowering and the science behind it seems very solid. I have noticed significant health benefits as well. I am sleeping much better, I have almost completely stopped snoring. I am sure I had some mild sleep apnea which has improved. I also have something called keratosis pilaris which for lack of a better term – pimples on the back of the arm. I had a lot of them. There are not a lot of scientific studies, but there has been a suggestion between the condition and gluten sensitivity. As a physician, I downplayed the gluten free issue as a fad and overstated. I am not so sure now. After only 7 weeks my keratosis pilaris is almost completely clear. These physical changes were huge for me. I also noted the mental benefits of better sleep, feeling more fit, and overall I have a better disposition. I have lost over 15 pounds in 7 weeks and look forward to the next 7. -Paul T.

19 pounds gone and 10 inches leaner!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I’m already looking forward to what I learn the next 6 weeks. I can slip my wedding ring on and off my finger with ease, I can wear a smaller shirt size and don’t feel the need to cover up with oversized t-shirts, and what about my chin (singular)!! Lol! After 2 rounds I’m down 24.5 pounds and 14.5 inches. I’m so glad I did the measurements and photos. If I had solely relied on the scale I would be disappointed with my progress after this repeater round as I’ve only lost 3 pounds in the last 7 weeks; however I’ve lost 4.5 inches and can see definite progress in photos! I really focused on exercise this round. I was shocked in the beginning when I couldn’t do a full sit up. My abs (or lack of abs) were SO WEAK! Just yesterday I did an advanced workout with sit ups and completed ALL of them! Thank you for this program and your honesty and encouragement during this corona virus pandemic. “I am truly blown away by the LEAN Program. I am a physician, and I have always used my crazy hospital schedule as an excuse. I don’t have time to eat healthy or exercise as my schedule is crazy with some 60+ hour work weeks. I have no energy or motivation to work out. There’s no way I could do a program like this with intermittent fasting because of my ever changing schedule from day to day and week to week. Those were my excuses. Boy was I wrong.


That’s what I have loved about LEAN, it’s flexible to fit your schedule. My eating window changes every day, I just always make sure I fast 16 hours from whatever time I finished eating dinner the night before. Before LEAN, I always had the “all or none” mindset. So I would do good for a week and then fail, so I just gave up. I love my new mindset of “Progress Not Perfection”. I may have an off day, or maybe go over on my macros one day but that’s ok. Tomorrow is a new day. I have loved pre-logging my items into MFP so it helps me have awareness of what I’m putting in. I can make tweaks as needed. The fasting has been a lot easier than I expected it to be. I hit over 90oz of water every day now thanks to fasting. Who knew “hunger” could just mean you’re thirsty.


In 2 back to back rounds I have lost 18.4 pounds and 11.5 inches. The best part of all is I feel AMAZING! I want to shout it from the rooftops, Go Try LEAN! I have more energy, I sleep better, I’m stronger and the best part, I feel confident! I’m so happy I made the decision to focus on me back in April. “Three years ago I was shocked to find out my A1C was a 7.0 which is full diabetes (type 2). “I am teary eyed as I type this. I have tried every diet/ weight loss program you can name over the past 15-20 years. None of the programs worked or gave me tools to sustain weight loss. In May 2018 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and went in to have a double mastectomy in July. It was a really dark few months mentally and physically. I was blessed to not have to endure chemo or radiation but was put on a hormone blocker for the next 5-10 years to keep my chance of reoccurrence low.
