Instead of tracking every bite, you’ll use a continuous glucose monitor and simple coaching to learn how your meals, habits, sleep, and stress affect your body in real time.

In week 1, you’ll get oriented inside the program, learn the basics, and prepare to use your CGM with confidence.
Most members begin using their sensor in week 2, once they understand the process and what to look for.
