No, you can join this program without completing LEAN first. We’ll guide you through exactly what to focus on.

You’ll receive daily coaching and support inside the group, daily guidance to know what personal changes you need to make, and live calls weekly to help you understand and apply what you’re seeing.

No. The CGM LEAN program is $185.

Sensors are purchased separately through Nutrisense (typically around $225). Once you sign up, you’ll receive a link in your Welcome email to purchase your CGM at a discounted rate.

Yes, most monitors are compatible with the Nutrisense app.

If you already have your own sensor, we suggest using the Nutrisense app (approximately $39 for one month) so your data can be viewed and interpreted.

Yes, this program is eligible for reimbursement from your HSA/FSA account. You are not able to use your HSA/FSA card directly for LEAN enrollment, but we will provide required documentation for you to submit for reimbursement. Email Heather at info@amandanighbert.com for documentation. 

HSA/FSA funds can typically be used to purchase CGM sensors as well. Nutrisense will also provide the documentation you need for reimbursement.

At this time, CGM shipping is only available within the United States.

The No Track program runs for 5 weeks.

Yes. CGMs are designed for real life, so you can keep your normal workouts, shower, and swim without an issue.

You’ll likely notice changes in your blood sugar during exercise, and that’s where it gets interesting. It helps you understand how your body is actually using fuel, not just what you think should be happening.

Yes. You can fly, go through airport security, travel, and go about your normal routine without any issues.

This is actually where a lot of people have the biggest “aha” moments. You’ll see how things like eating out, schedule changes, stress, and sleep impact your blood sugar in real time.

You can absolutely do this during a busy season or vacation. Just keep in mind, the more consistent you are, the easier it is to spot clear patterns.

No, the sensor is applied with little to no pain.

You’re not expected to figure this out on your own.
