No. This version of LEAN is designed for people who want a simpler approach without macro logging or food tracking.

The No Track program runs for 5 weeks.

Only if you choose the Program Only option or if you’re outside the U.S. and need to source your own sensor.

After registration, members receive a welcome email with next steps and the CGM discount link.
