Amanda Nighbert is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience. She has extensive experience working in a clinical hospital setting with diabetes, hypertension, Hashimotos and PCOS patients. Her hands-on experience helped her to design LEAN, to address the common pitfalls people face when tackling their weight loss goals and achieving optimal health.
Amanda is a strong believer that dieting is temporary, something you start and stop. That’s why it’s important to focus on lifestyle changes to truly see long term weight loss success. Amanda’s goal is to teach her clients simple, yet effective lifestyle changes they can make and easily sustain to see lasting results. Success does not have to be about perfection, but consistency. Amanda’s teachings fit to work in the real world, with real people, who lead real, hectic and often crazy lives.
