We’re so excited to introduce you to our first member spotlight, Ann Witajewski! Ann is 68 years young and from Cynthiana, Kentucky. She’s lost 30 pounds and 22 inches through LEAN but more importantly, she’s confidently wearing sleeveless tops for the first time in over 40 years! Check out Ann’s Q&A below to learn more about this LEAN rockstar.
LEAN: What has been your biggest challenge since beginning LEAN?
ANN: Christmas and January. January is a big birthday celebration month. It was difficult to stay focused and on target during all the celebrations.
LEAN: What do you do to reset?
ANN: Drink lots of water and extended fast and get right back on track.
LEAN: What is your ‘why’?
ANN: I want to live to be 125. I want to see my great grandchildren. I want to be healthy naturally and not rely on medication. I want to be independent and age gracefully.
LEAN: What are your goals moving forward?
ANN: Eat more organic foods. Stay committed to the LEAN program. Continue to learn what it takes to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Stay focused and continue to do what it took me to get where I am now.
LEAN: What is your favorite LEAN or other recipe?
ANN: One sheet pan dinners especially Italian chicken, green beans, and potatoes. Zoodles with meat and marinara sauce.
LEAN: Anything else you’d like to share?
ANN: I love everything about the LEAN program. The support, communication, and accountability system is tops. So much information is available if you want it. My hope is everyone involved continues to stay accessible and the community support grows.
We’re so glad Ann is a part of our community and can’t wait to see her continued success in the Elite group! Congratulations, Ann!
