Tracy Wilson is an Accountability Coach for the LEAN program.
Her health and wellness journey began after she was diagnosed with cervical cancer at 34. Thankfully, she is cancer-free and as scary as it was, that was the kick in the pants she needed to get her life together! She realized you only get once chance to live your best life and you can’t do that if you’re not healthy! She adjusted her diet, fell in love with group exercise fitness classes (became an instructor herself) and lost 45 lbs.
Then……life happened. She went back to work full time and weekends were full of kids activities and social hours with friends. Exercise became “impossible” and she adopted, what Amanda calls, the “might as well” mindset. Over the next several years, she gained and lost the same 30 – 40 lbs. She avoided the camera, hated the way she felt and knew she had to find a sustainable way to lose the weight for good.
She was introduced to the LEAN program in July of 2019, has lost 35 lbs and most importantly, has kept if off for a year. She is still working on getting to her goal weight and considers herself a “LEAN lifer”! LEAN has ignited her passion for health and wellness and is obsessed with all of the education LEAN provides. She is honored to work alongside all of our clients to help them realize their goals through this program.
Tracy is 47 and lives in Frisco, Texas with her husband of 20 years and two children – Jack, 17 and Katy, 14. When she’s not working out or going 90 miles an hour, she enjoys cooking, enjoying good wine and hanging with family and friends. Her happy place? The beach.
