Tara Croom

LEAN Accountability Coach

Tara lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband of 20 years, Greg, and two daughters, Emerson (15) and Spencer (13). After years in corporate America, she became a stay at home mom nine years ago, when Emerson was in 1st grade, and never looked back. She is an avid tennis player, loves to walk, hike, play pickle ball, hot yoga and all things peloton. When she is not driving her girls all over town, her favorite things to do are travel and cook for her family and friends.

Tara discovered the Lean program through a friends referral during the beginning of the pandemic days. For years, she was stuck at the same weight no matter what diet changes she made or how much or little she exercised. Lean helped her break the barrier and she saw the pounds come off and her body change. The biggest reward came at the end of her first round of Lean. She remembers clearly being at the beach with her family and her kids saying, “Wow Mom, you have never played so many beach games or swam with us so much…ever! ”. It was the ultimate compliment because she felt so good, so present and energetic – just happy.

Tara continues to participate in Lean and wants to help others feel amazing and live their best life feeling confident and energized with the Lean lifestyle. Lean has given her the tools to eat healthy foods that make her feel good , be present and see results. Tara wants to share her lessons and story and help others meet their goals and maintain a healthy, energized and amazing life!
