Meet Sammi! A proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati, she earned her Health Promotion & Education degree, focusing on Community and Public Health. Although originally from Cincinnati, Sammi now calls Cleveland home with her husband, two dogs (Roxy and Gunner), and a new baby boy born in December 2023. Before stepping into the health coaching world, Sammi spent eight years as a nanny, navigating the challenges of parenting chaos for busy families. Armed with a wealth of meal-prepping tips, she’s all about making life a bit more manageable- especially with meal prep! Sammi’s journey with the LEAN program began when she heard about it at the gym. Two full rounds later, she felt like a whole new person! Improved weekend eating, better sleep, and relief from GI issues through intermittent fasting were just a few of the positive changes. Plus, she discovered a passion for cooking and clean foods, realizing that fitness goals are not just about hitting the gym but also about nutrition. Now, as a dedicated LEAN enthusiast and seasoned LEAN coach with three years of experience, Sammi is on a mission to help others experience the transformative power of the program. With a background in reverse dieting and blood sugar management, she brings valuable insights to the table. She wants everyone to know that achieving good nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive. Following the 80/20 approach, Sammi still enjoys all her favorite treats while prioritizing whole-food nutrition. Having been a nanny and now a new mama, Sammi understands the hustle of family life. What she loves most about LEAN is its flexibility, allowing individuals to choose foods that fit seamlessly into their family and schedule. The simple meals and straightforward approach is what she fell back on in the early stages of postpartum to nourish herself and her little one. Sammi’s favorite part of LEAN? The incredible support from the entire LEAN community. Sammi appreciates the camaraderie among fellow coaches and the guidance from the amazing leader, Amanda. It truly feels like one big, supportive family that clients and coaches are all a part of!
