Hannah is an Occupational Therapist with degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology and nearly a decade of experience supporting women—especially moms—in health, fitness, and stress management. While her OT background began in pediatrics, becoming a mother herself shifted her passion toward helping women care for their bodies in every season of life.
After the birth of her second son, Hannah discovered LEAN and learned how to properly fuel her body, reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and support performance through whole-food nutrition. These changes kept her coming back to LEAN for years and ultimately led her to coaching.
Now a LEAN Accountability Coach, Hannah is passionate about helping clients learn to listen to their bodies, prioritize recovery, and build sustainable habits that support a happy, healthy, and balanced life. She lives in Ohio with her husband and two boys and enjoys time outdoors, family sports, and walking or hiking with her dog.
