Cassie Zumwalt

LEAN + LMM Coach

Cassie Zumwalt is an Accountability and LMM Coach for the LEAN Program. Amanda and Cassie have known each other since their college days when Cassie earned her degrees from the University of Kentucky in Health Care Administration and a BSN from Eastern Kentucky University. As a Registered Nurse, Cassie’s focus was on both Cardiology and Oncology which fueled her passion for living a life of health and wellness. Cassie is a wife to Nicholas and mom to a pretty phenomenal little guy, Aiden. Like so many women, Cassie struggled with losing pregnancy weight; however, her battle was even more complicated by a considerable amount of stress due to her son’s long term and frequent hospitalizations related to his complex congenital heart disease. Through this, Cassie realized the importance of putting her (and her husband’s) health first so they could be at their best for Aiden. When Cassie began intermittent fasting and incorporating strength training into her exercise routines, she was able to lose 70 pounds in six months. The best part is she has been able to maintain the loss for over a year and a half by simply living the LEAN lifestyle. More importantly than the physical change to her body, Cassie now has more energy and stamina. She loves the emotional stability and mental clarity that these principals have brought to her life. Cassie is so thankful for the LEAN program and it’s impact on not only her life, but the lives of her family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers! She looks forward to the opportunity to help and support many clients in the years to come!
