  • Eat in a way that fuels energy and clearer skin
  • Learn simple workouts to feel strong and confident
  • Improve body image and self-esteem
  • Manage stress and anxiety in healthy ways

Your health journey is stronger when your parents are part of it. That’s why we’ve built this program for both of you.

Two Groups, Same Education

  • Teens will be placed in a group together for support 
and accountability
  • Parents will have their own group to learn, encourage, and better support their teen
