A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Health Promotion & Education, she brings a strong foundation in community and public health to her coaching approach.
Sammi discovered LEAN over six years ago and experienced firsthand how a flexible, balanced approach to nutrition can transform energy, sleep, digestion, and overall well-being. Through her own journey, she developed a love for cooking nourishing foods and learned that lasting results come from consistency—not restriction.
With expertise in reverse dieting, blood sugar management, and postpartum nutrition, Sammi supports clients through an 80/20 approach that prioritizes whole foods while still allowing room for enjoyment. As a mom, she understands the demands of real life and is passionate about helping clients feel confident, supported, and empowered in every season.
