Toshia McKinney is an accountability coach for the LEAN program.
Toshia is based in Brentwood, TN with her husband Chad. They have three boys, Cabot, Hudson and Baron who keep her busy as a full-time mom. In addition to being a LEAN coach, Toshia works alongside her husband at their CPA firm during tax season. She is also an athletic wear representative for Zyia Active where she loves helping others feel confident and beautiful no matter where they are along their fitness journey.
Toshia began her fitness journey over 12 years ago after having her first son. She participated in every type of group exercise imaginable. She became an avid runner and even ran a half marathon 26 weeks pregnant with her third child. After a knee injury and nearing 40, Toshia found she was no longer able to “out run” her diet and wanted a healthier approach to eating and food management. Amanda was just launching her very first session and Toshia jumped on board and hasn’t looked back. Intermittent fasting, carb cycling and macro management has been a game changer for Toshia. She feels stronger and more in control of her food than ever before.
