LEAN Accountability Coach

My name is Annie Lowry. I live in Tulsa, OK with my husband, two sons, and adorable French bulldog. I am a Registered Dietitian and a certified specialist in sports dietetics, as well as a certified personal trainer. I previously worked as a college sports dietitian but have since transitioned to being at home with my two boys, ages 4 and 2.

I started my own LEAN journey at the end of the summer when I found Amanda and the LEAN community coming out of quarantine. Even as a dietitian, I found the accountability and science behind the program unmatched by anything else. I personally followed eating 5-6 times a day previously, counting my protein and calories on a daily basis but never seeing the results I wanted. After quarantine and 10 pounds I was not happy with myself or my own personal motivation. I found Amanda through another LEAN coach and knew I had to give her strategies a try. The seven weeks of LEAN I promised to get out of my own way and commit to Amanda’s vision and expertise. I saw not only immediate results but body composition changes I had never achieved on my own. The major difference makers for me were carb cycling and cutting out gluten (DID NOT WANT IT TO BE TRUE!) and dairy.  

Seven weeks of LEAN and I knew my lifestyle was changed forever.  This program works for everyone because we want to meet you where you are in your personal journey and help it work for you.  I am so excited to work with each one of you and help you achieve your goals!
