Today we are eating more meals than ever away from home. Dining out may present a challenge to a healthy eating style but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. When you eat out, you may have less control over how foods are prepared and what ingredients are used, but which foods you eat and in what amounts is your choice. Here are some restaurant survival tips to help you while eating out!

I am constantly running my kids from one activity to the next so eating out just happens in my life.
