Heather lives a busy, single life on the go with experience in making meals for one as well as being able to make the best choices while eating out. Entering her mind thirties, Heather’s focus over the last few years has been improving body composition, building lean muscle, and keeping her metabolism operating at its best. For the last 3 years, she has been working at a local gym, training and working alongside two of Lexington’s top personal trainers. She is currently working to become a NASM CPT and has taken an array of fitness classes over the years developing a well-rounded fitness regimen. Her passion is to help clients build their metabolism, improve their body composition and build lean muscle.
